These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Alchemy Of Events's Website, located at https://www.alchemyofevents-aoe.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Alchemy Of Events if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Access to Services

Before booking the event, ensure you are eligible to use our Services.

• The law does not prohibit you from using our Services.

• You have not committed or been convicted of a serious offense, sexual crime, or violent crime, unless pardoned for a non-violent crime, and you do not pose a threat to other users.

• You have not been previously banned from our Services unless authorized in writing by us to be a part of NETWORQ Programme.

If you no longer meet these requirements, your booking request will be cancelled.

Description of Services

The Services allow users to connect for lunch to have a casual business meet over or events based on preferences and interests.

While we strive to provide meaningful connections, we cannot guarantee:

• A specific gender ratio or age range at events.

• Compatibility with other participants.

• Unique participants at each programme. You may meet individuals you’ve previously interacted with, especially if no feedback was provided or positive feedback was given about them.

Lunch Reservations

The Platform’s Services are limited to restaurant reservations for lunch.

We make no explicit or implied guarantees regarding restaurants and lunches, specifically:

• You pay our own bills at restaurant.

• If you select a preference, such as meat or fish, we cannot guarantee the availability of these options at the chosen restaurant (“Restaurant”). These preferences are treated as guidelines, not restrictions.

• We do not guarantee the absence of allergen cross-contamination or adherence to dietary restrictions in Restaurants.

• If you have dietary restrictions, review the menu directly. If unsuitable, contact us, and we will attempt to adjust the Restaurant or reschedule your reservation, though changes are not guaranteed.

• Reservations open and close as indicated on the Platform. Last-minute reservations may be offered if availability permits.

If a Restaurant does not suit you, you may contact us to explore alternatives; however, changes are not guaranteed. Cancellations are not allowed.

Only reservations made through the Platform are accepted. We are not responsible for bookings made outside the Platform.

Lunches and Events

The duration of lunches is 2-3 hours. Host company GCK Management Consultants has the rights to cancel the event at any moment if an unacceptable situation or incident takes place.

The Restaurant address will be communicated via message on the day of or the day before your reservation. We reserve the right to modify the Restaurant or its location due to unforeseen circumstances.

You agree to attend the lunch alone. Guests are not permitted to accompany you.

We make no guarantees regarding the number of attendees at the lunch. The cost of meals, including food and beverages, is not included in the Service fee and is entirely at your expense.

Price estimates are based on the average cost of a main dish with a non-alcoholic beverage and exclude appetizers, desserts, sides, alcoholic beverages, taxes, and tips. Users are encouraged to review restaurant prices directly to ensure they match their budget preferences.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

No refunds are granted for cancellations and no-shows.

Accruing three or more late cancellations within two months may result in suspension.

Additional Services

During the Service period, we provide:

• Corrective Maintenance: Addressing bugs or malfunctions reported on the Platform.

• Adaptive Maintenance: Implementing improvements and adding new features or technical installations.

Scheduled maintenance may temporarily restrict or suspend access to the Platform. You must accept necessary updates to ensure optimal Service use. Failure to install updates may slow or degrade your access.

Hosting

We host the Platform and data on servers within the European Union, operated by a professional hosting provider under an obligation of means.

Financial Terms

Service prices are listed on the Platform in the indicated currency.

Promotions or discounts may be offered but are limited to the validity period of the offer.

Payment Methods and Invoicing

• On the Mobile App: Payments are processed by RazorPay, Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. We have no control over payment processing, currency changes, or transfer fees. Refund requests must be addressed to the respective store. We do not store or process bank details.

• On the Website: Payment options depend on your location, device type, and other factors.

Your Obligations

By using our Services, you:

• Provide Accurate Information: Guarantee the accuracy of the information submitted in the request form and commit to keeping it updated.

• Identity Security: Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your identity.

• Respect Laws and Guidelines: Comply with applicable laws, including local laws at the restaurant.

• Ensure your safety: We are not responsible for the consequences of contact exchange between users. We strictly safeguard your contact information from other participants.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliations.

• Solicit personal or financial information from other users.

• Use another user’s identity.

• Conduct political campaign activities or seek to influence elections using the Platform, except to express personal opinions.

• Share private or proprietary information without proper authorization.

• Use meta tags, codes, or other references to AOE or GCK Management Consultants to redirect users to unrelated websites.

• Develop or use third-party applications interacting with our Services without written consent.

• Create a new identity after being suspended or terminated, unless explicitly authorized.

You must also refrain from:

• Exploiting the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

• Violating any laws, regulations, or contractual obligations.

• Promoting third-party services or engaging in unauthorized commercial activity.

• Sharing content that is offensive, misleading, or violates third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights).

• Posting malicious software or harmful materials (e.g., viruses, spyware, or worms).

• Using the Platform in ways that could harm AOE or GCK MC's reputation or the integrity of its systems.

Content Restrictions

You are prohibited from sharing content that:

• Is offensive, abusive, or causes psychological harm.

• Violates public decency or is deemed inappropriate (e.g., pornographic, racist, or defamatory).

• Contains false, fraudulent, or misleading information.

• Includes unauthorized depictions of individuals (e.g., minors without parental consent).

If you fail to meet these obligations, we may immediately revoke access to our Services or events and take further measures as outlined under “Sanctions.”

Our Obligations

We are committed to delivering Services diligently and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Service Quality

We make every effort to ensure our Services are of high quality. Regular checks are conducted to verify functionality and accessibility. However, we are not liable for:

• External network issues or server failures.

• Equipment, service, or network interruptions outside our control.

• User-induced configuration errors.

Data Protection and Security

We implement measures to safeguard Platform data, including:

1. Detection and Containment: Immediately isolating affected systems in the event of a data breach.

2. Incident Investigation: Conducting in-depth inquiries and documenting all findings.

3. Regulatory Notifications: Reporting breaches to relevant authorities or notifying affected individuals when required.

Content Responsibility

As a hosting provider, we are not responsible for user-generated content but will promptly act to remove illegal content upon notification.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including software, databases, and content (texts, images, logos, etc.), is owned by AOE and protected under intellectual property laws.

• Limited License: You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the Platform for private purposes.

• Prohibited Actions: Any reproduction, representation, or use of the Platform’s content for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Use of Personal Attributes

By attending AOE events, you consent to being photographed or filmed. You grant us the right to use your image, name, and voice, captured during events or testimonials, to promote our Services worldwide.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other party’s confidential information private for the duration of the agreement and three years beyond. This obligation does not apply to information:

• Already known to the recipient.

• Publicly available without breach of this clause.

• Legally obtained from a third party.

• Disclosed by judicial or regulatory requirement.

Confidential information may be shared with employees or subcontractors bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

Liability

Limitation of Responsibility

AOE cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or precision of information provided on the Platform. Consequently, we disclaim all liability for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information available.

• Non-contractual Information: Texts and images related to Services are non-binding. AOE cannot be held responsible for errors in descriptions or visuals.

• Restaurant-Related Liabilities: AOE is not responsible for meals, food, or beverages provided by Restaurants. Our liability is strictly limited to the scope of the Services.

Scope of Liability

In all cases, AOE's liability is limited to direct damages.

Payments Made on the Mobile App

As indicated in the “Financial Terms” section, payments are managed by RazorPay, Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store. Any applicable withdrawal rights must be exercised directly with the respective store.

Governing Law

These General Terms are governed by Indian law unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory provisions.

Profile Guidelines

• Name: Legal name only. We may ask for ID verification.

• Email: Confirm your email address.

• Phone: Provide your phone number.

Conduct & Content Guidelines

• Nudity and Sexual Activity: No explicit, vulgar, or sexual content is permitted. This includes selling, advertising, or soliciting sexual content or services.

  • Example: A participant shows explicit images at a lunch, makes inappropriate comments, and tries to sell adult services. This behavior disrupts the event’s respectful atmosphere.

• Bullying & Abuse: Harassment, bullying, or targeting individuals with insults, intimidation, or emotional abuse is strictly prohibited.

  • Example: One participant insults and belittles another based on their appearance, using intimidation and emotional manipulation. This behavior disturbs the positive environment of the event.

• Child Exploitation: Any content that sexualizes or endangers children, including sharing abusive material, is strictly banned.

  • Example : A participant discusses involvement in communities that exploit minors. This alarming behavior is a severe breach of our policy.

• Commercial Activity: We are not a marketplace. Selling or promoting illegal or regulated goods, or engaging in human trafficking or crisis exploitation, is forbidden.

  • Example: A participant uses the lunch to promote and sell several illegal and regulated items. They display and discuss various items, including counterfeit designer goods, unlicensed alcohol, and even offer to sell weapons to other attendees. They also attempt to recruit others to participate in a scheme involving human trafficking and offer details on how to exploit global crises for financial gain, such as selling fake relief items during a natural disaster.

• Controlled Substances: The sale or distribution of illegal drugs or misuse of legal substances is not allowed.

  • Example: Discussing or offering illegal drugs and paraphernalia at an event is prohibited.

• Dangerous Organizations: Associations with violent, extremist, or terrorist groups are banned.

  • Example: A participant promotes a radical group known for violence, creating discomfort and safety concerns.

• Hate Speech: We value diversity. Hate speech or dehumanization of marginalized groups based on race, gender, orientation, disability, or religion is not allowed.

  • Example : A participant makes derogatory comments about others’ race or gender, promoting a hostile environment.

• Impersonation: Creating fake profiles or impersonating others is prohibited. Each person may have only one account.

  • Example: Using fake profiles to mislead others or disrupt interactions is a clear violation.

• Misinformation: Spreading false information or conspiracy theories is banned.

  • Example: Sharing false claims about the event venue creates unnecessary fear and disruption.

• Violence or Sexual Misconduct: Threatening, promoting, or taking part in violence or sexual misconduct will not be tolerated. This includes stalking or assault, and any verified history of such behavior.

  • Example: Threatening physical harm at or after an event. A user submits legal documentation about another users past violent or sexual misconduct. i.e. This includes users with Domestic Violence Restraining orders.

• Scams & Fraud: Engaging in deceptive financial activities is prohibited.

  • Example: Offering fake investment opportunities to other attendees constitutes fraud.

• Sexual Harassment: Any unwelcome and non-physical sexual conduct among members. Including sending unsolicited sexually explicit images, displaying indecent content in person, threatening to share intimate images without permission, making unwanted sexual remarks and objectifying individuals based on their sexual interests or preferences.

  • Example: Sending inappropriate and unwanted messages or images after an event creates discomfort and is against our policies.

• Spam: Bulk unwanted content, misleading links, or disruptive profiles are prohibited.

  • Example: Creating multiple profiles to spam others with misleading offers is disruptive.

• Suicide & Self-Harm: Content that glorifies self-harm or eating disorders is banned. Sharing personal mental health experiences is allowed if done sensitively.

  • Example: Promoting self-harm as a coping mechanism crosses the line from sharing personal experiences.

• Violent Content: Sharing graphic content involving injury or weapons is prohibited.

  • Example: Showing graphic hunting photos or injury scenes is inappropriate and uncomfortable.

Attendance

• No Shows: Attend your scheduled events. No refund for cancelled event. No-shows for more than two events will result in a suspension or permanent ban.

• Bringing a +1 is Not Permitted: Your reservation is for you and you only. Bringing a +1 will result in a suspension or permanent ban.

• Prohibition of Double Bookings: Users are not allowed to book tables at the same restaurant using multiple services for the purpose of taking advantage of promotions.

Reporting

• Your safety is our priority. Report violations, not just disagreements. We use both human moderators and automated systems to uphold community standards. Report any violations to us.
